PAYMENT TERMS:

*Short Term Contract

1. For less than $300 project

** 40% is to be kept in Escrow
** 50% of the Source Code of the project will be handed over through draft and demo.
** The full and final version will be handed over upon the full payment.

2. For less than $500 project

** 50% is to be kept in Escrow
** 70% of the Source Code of the project will be handed over through draft and demo.
** The full and final version will be handed over upon the full payment.

3. For less than $1000 project

** 70% is to be kept in Escrow
** 80% of the Source Code of the project will be handed over through draft and demo.
** The full and final version will be handed over upon the full payment.

4. For less than $2000 project

** 90% is to be kept in Escrow
** 90% of the Source Code of the project will be handed over through draft and demo.
** The full and final version will be handed over upon the full payment.

For Long Term Contract

** For long Term customers conditions are finalized with mutual understanding.

For projects worth $2,000 or less, we accept 100% in advance at the award of the contract.

NOTE:- We accept all payments through GAF account.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Even after the completion of the project the Client will enjoy our technical support for 6 months.

2. We hand over the source code upon the copletion of the project after the final payment is received.

3. The design files as in source code shall be given and the original PSD shall stay with E_Gen Tech.

4. All the websites are optimized for IE and FireFox ONLY. For anyother browser, a seperate deed has to be signed.
