We charge 8-10 US $ per man-hour depending on the complexity of the project, Technology being used and the size of the project.

Our hourly man rate varies from size of the project.

What we can do for you:

We will provide you with the necessary infrastructure and manpower on a dedicated basis where in the staff work for you, under our supervision. We have named this process “Dedicated Staff”. The client will have to bear no additional costs to benefit from the outsourcing boom and will have no Hassles to set up an Office, Infrastructure, Employing HR, necessary Government Approvals, etc.

We have the complete Infrastructure in place which you could make use of without wasting any time or additional cost. We can provide with a list of our clients as reference that we are already working for. We employ programmers on our payroll and take a fixed amount per month from our clients for their services. In this way the client has no need to invest or risk even a single $ towards set up of Infrastructure, etc, and at the same time can benefit equally from the Outsourcing Boom by cutting costs by up to 50%.

So far, we have technical specialists, developers, designers, content writers, software architects, QA engineers, business analysts, and project managers that are, in fact, our potential employees. We are able to create teams according to your requirements (skills, experience, and number of employees) that can be managed either by you or by our managers.

The Process:
We would like to work as a software development center for you on “Fixed Personnel Basis” i.e.

1. We will send you resumes of experienced and skilled developers that match your requirements.
2. You will then select the candidates for a telephonic interview out of the collection for the telephonic interview.
3. We arrange developers in 1:3 ratios for the telephonic interview.
4. The client has the liberty to select the candidates on merit.
5. The developers will either work directly using the VPN (Virtual Private Network) software or they will work on our client-server (Beta Server). We will provide you with the FTP access rights to monitor the day-to-day development.
6. The developers will be available on chat ID’s and e-mail at your working hours i.e., time convenient to you.
7. The client has to pay per engineer $1400 to 1800 USD per month.
8. The following additional benefits will be available to you without any additional cost,

Ø One project leader, if you opt for a team size of 3 or more.
Ø Local US Telephone Number.

We are already working on the above model with various clients; they have hired fixed personnel for their own software development center. We have capability to do any project to your highest satisfaction level. We need basic information like project specification, functionality requirement for us to evaluate the size of the project.

During the execution of project you can view the progress on our client server (Beta server), the update will also be send to you through e-mail.
