I have made more then 100+ live sites and worked on Various complex projects for xml gallery, php, fully flash site (Modifying Monster Templates), Dynamic features for website using JS. Basically my RnD is very good, I use Google as my search engine and it really help me finding any solution of any kind of problem using Public Forums, blogs, Tutorial sites.
My Job is to Design websites & Lead a small team of 4-5 designers I used to do whole website including inner pages once I become more professional, & started spending more time RnD & I only used to Design Layouts & once Those layouts were approved I used to send them to Junior designer for inner pages.
