ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Davinci Software Designs L.L.C. was founded in 2001 by "Frank Emery", who was at the time, a solo design "artist" as he would call it. The name for the company was decided because we believe there is an art in any form of design, and who better to inspire fellow artists then, "Leonardo Da Vinci", who was himself a great artist/inventor who was also freelance.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER:
Frank Emery, founder of Davinci Software Designs L.L.C. started working with computers at a very young age, on a system called "Commadore 64". This system used GW-Basic which was one of the very first coding languages to be introduced. Through the years, Frank, evolved into other languages as they were introduced, such as: Q-Basic, Pascal, C, Advanced C, Perl, and his favorite language even to this day, "Visual Basic".

WORDS FROM THE FOUNDER HIMSELF:
"I guess you could say I started out on the wrong side of the design world, as some of the first advanced applications I designed, could be considered to be used for some of the wrong things. I was actually hired by a antivirus software company, who's name I will not mention for obvious reasons, to design this type of software, in hopes it would help increase their marketing. I guess I had to grow up as some of us must do. I later found that designing applications to help stop these type of applications was actually harder and more challenging, not to mention a lot more rewarding. People often ask me if I regret the way I started out, and my answer is simple, "Catching a thief requires thinking like one", simply put I was able to design software to prevent viruses and other harmful products, because I understood how they worked. No I am not sorry that I started out the way I did, it has helped make me who I am today."



Payment Terms:

Payments for web development and graphic natured products will require 50% of all funds to be escrowed before work is started and remaining funds to be released once the work is completed.

Software Development, we are a little different on how we deal with our software designs for the simple fact, that a lot of software has to go through a debugging phase and most software requires a considerable amount of time to develop. We ask that 35% of the funds are escrowed before an application is started. We also will hold all copyright and patten rights until the final payment amount has been received, at which time we will deliver a release of these rights to the buyer.

All other products are to have full amount of funds escrowed before work is started.

All software applications designed by Davinci Software Designs LLC for buyers stand subject to a $50.00 source code release fee. Software can be designed without this fee, however the buyer will only receive the standard executable or install file content. Davinci Software Designs LLC reserves the right to retain copyright and design ownership of all software of which the source code release fee has not been paid.
