- As Account Managers, we handle sales calls (corporate, residential and commercial) and inquiries from potential customers (floor basics, installation, warranties, etc.). We conduct our business thru chat, email and phone so we do a lot of multi-tasking.
- Since the company is basically a middleman for customers and suppliers/manufacturers, the Account Managers are in-charge of placing the order with the suppliers/manufacturers, follow up the status of orders with them or with carriers and file a claim for the customer in the event that a customer received damaged items, just to name a few.
- Also, we do a lot of market research since customers would sometimes ask for price matching or brand specific information.
- We are also given goals every two (2) weeks and the latest goal I was given was to reach at least $33,000 at a 26% profit margin.
