I am a remote system administrator, providing remote system administrator services for internet servers and the occasional end user workstation. I have 6+ years of administration experience and can provide you a great service and support. If you have a dedicated or VPS server, I can provide you monitoring, security, update, uptime and other services. I generally set up my monitoring system for the remote system. The systems I work with now all report to me, and my monitoring system keeps an eye on network connectivity and the normal operation of essential network services. I also have monitoring system on my home laboratory and I'm checking it every 3-5 mins during working hours. That's why in most cases, I am aware of any problems before they are reported to me, and I often have them resolved before my clients are even aware of them.
