Payment Terms

For the best interest of the client and keeping our own interest in mind , we follow the following structure for payment.
Usual scheme for small projects (up to $2000) is --
30% upfront, 40% upon the completion of the beta version(prototype development) and the last 30% at the final delivery( project completion).
For bigger projects the Solution Architecture Phase is required and based on the results of this step we create a payment schedule linked to the project milestones specified in the development documents.
It is requested that the clients follow the project milestones and acceptance policy. That is as soon as a milestone achieved and acceptad, every new request concerning the previous stage shall be considered as an addition to the project scope.
How should a website be?

From experience we can conceive that there are three different mindsets that collaborate to form the requirement of a website.
1.) A pure functional website which emphasizes on the intricacies of the logic and functionalities provided to make processes seem simpler and more robust. Such websites require high SEO rank and count performance over aesthetics.
