SKILL SETS: I have worked in MNC and various well-known medical transcription companies in various positions starting from Medical Transcriptionist to Quality Analyst to Senior Quality Analyst, Team Leader to Production Manager to Operations Manager.

As a Production Manager of a company, I started the whole medical transcription division of the company and got it successfully running. I got medical transcription work for them, recruited employees, prepared productivity charts and a well-laid out plan as to how the company will grow, helped out employees on files which they found tough, mentored them and when the work load was high, I even helped employees in editing and transcribing.

I have 9 years of experience in Medical Transcription Industry. I belong to the First Batch of Heartland India, an MNC with its head office in Toledo, Ohio, USA. We belong to that batch of Heartland India when Medical Transcription had just entered India. I am among the senior-most employees of transcription in India.

I have experience in financial transcription too. My last job involved editing financial reports of major companies listed on NYSE and NASDAQ like GOOGLE, IBM, MICROSOFT, PEPSI, FORD, DELL, INFOSYS, METLIFE INSURANCE, TOYOTA, SONY, BRITISH TELECOM, HARLEY DAVIDSON, EXXON MOBIL, SHELL, ETC. I also work as a freelancer doing content writing.

I read various business magazines and newspapers, thus I am familiar and have knowledge about the corporate world and its happenings.

Apart from Medical Transcription, I have also done General, Business, Legal, and Interview transcription. All of these involve good knowledge of English as well as good understanding of American accent. For all of these various transcriptions, I transcribe as well as edit the transcribed documents to make it error free.

Right now I am doing home-based transcription. I am already in the process of starting my own transcription company. I do Medical Transcription, General Transcription, Legal Transcription, Business Transcription, Financial Transcription and Interview Transcription. I have some direct clients from U.S.A, U.K., Germany, Japan, and Canada. Apart from this, I have a transcription work from France also where the dictator dictates in English. The original document is in French, but the dictator dictates the English version of it and I transcribe the English version.
