Reputation :: -References and certifications available by request. GetAFreelancer Policies :: -*New* clients through GetAFreelancer with less than 5 Feedback entries OR less than 75% rating must make an escrow payment prior to project start. The amount may be a portion of the bid or the entire bid, depending on the project. We'll specify this requirement and the amount by PMB prior to accepting any bid. -Projects bid over $500 USD require a service agreement specifying the scope of the project, services specifically included and excluded, and terms to address delays and misrepresentations on either side. We will advise of this requirement and propose an agreement for client review prior to project start. -While we make every effort to be available by phone, e-mail, instant messenger, in-person, and otherwise, e-mail will be the primary means of conveying essential project information. -You can meet with us in-person in the following areas: --United States: Connecticut, Louisiana, Missouri, New York, Washington, Texas, California --Canada: Québec --Japan --United Kingdom --South Korea --Taiwan News: 7/3: We continue to operate through the weekend. We are now resuming bids for projects starting 7/6 and beyond. At present we are not taking on any "Urgent" projects, and our proposed timeframes for turnaround are firm.
