Brief description of the project:
The Emerald and associated websites are the Capital One Auto Finance direct loan origination systems. The Emerald is a VC++ application used by customer representatives to enter the loan do the scoring and do the lender water fall method and inform customer about the status of the application.

Web sites are the direct loan origination system where customers can apply auto loan online and get status of the loan in fifteen minutes. There are different sites for the customers, vehicle dealers, and for customer loan servicing.

Responsible for: Analysis, Design, Providing solutions, estimates and guiding a team.
Was able to guide and resolve many critical production issues. Was responsible for defining the process and document the production support process. Was responsible for managing the QRG’s. Was able to propose and design new monitoring tool and manage quick fixes for the production support team. Was part of team who did migration of Emerald application to CLO in Java.

Brief description of the project:
The merchants who are looking for web to sell their materials and don’t have a shopping cart application can use the SurePay ‘Buy’ button. The ‘Buy’ button will be an HTML link placed at the merchant web site and when a customer wishes to purchase the particular item, clicks this button and there by re directed to the Order form that is hosted by SurePay. The customer fills up the order form with the shipping and billing details and the credit card information and submits for processing. This particular transaction will be directed to the SurePay payment gateway for credit card processing. The gateway responds with a success or failure message and depending on which the customer is re-directed to appropriate page
