I have worked with different call centers, I started out with Etelecare, as a Technical Support Reprensentative, we supported Dell computers, I stayed there for approximately 3 years. I then transferred to Convergys Inc, I supported an ISP account, was able to support BellSouth which is now known as AT&T. Then I moved to Siemens Inc, I supported Toshiba laptops for quite sometime, then I moved to Dell Philippines. I first supported the consumer account then I was moved to the Small and Business Account. After a few months I was moved to support DOC, a specialty support group for software concerns. Now, I am a full time freelancer, I am working for several clients through data entry and research.
