Manufacturing and Design Engineering (Work Preparation Manager): Responsibilities on Design and Manufacturing Sequence Plan of Pressure Vessels according ASME VIII-Div.1 and EN 13445 "Unfired pressure vessels; Approval for fabrication sequence of HRSG boiler parts according ASME and EN12952 codes with PED; Carry out the job routing in shop environment by SAP-ERP system. Design and shop fabrication of ASME B31.1 Power Piping; Control the ongoing jobs at shop fabrication; Analyse and translate the technical and manufacturing specifications, assist Draughtsmen and approve all fabrication drawings before issue to the shop; Establish contact with customer designer for productivity enhancement on communication chain; Generate and optimise the Raw Material Requisitions (BOM & MTO) and Technical Delivery Conditions (cutting layout of plates and pipes); Mechanical design and fabrication of Lifting Fixture Devices; Generate spreadsheets with VBA code to improve and automate tasks; Rehabilitation the ASME Stamp “U” and “S” in the ALSTOM Factory performing a Header/Pressure Vessel design; “Six SIGMA” Program – Improve and reduce non-productive hours in Spiral Finning Machine Centre – Preventive Maintenance Plan.
