Quality Control
GoldTel Business Group obtained the ISO9001:2000 in 2005, and GTSS is CMM-certified. To ensure effective software development and quality, our Software Quality Assurance (SQA) department is responsible for establishing and enforcing the SQA process. The internal SQA process includes Spec Analysis, QA, Product Build, Change Control, Source Control, Bug Tracking, Release Management, and Document Management. The majority of GTSS engineers have been trained and practiced under CMM3 and CMM5. We are currently pursuing CMMI4.
With years of experience executing highly sensitive development projects for Microsoft, GTSS has accumulated valuable experience and procedural know-how to protect our customers' intellectual property. We will sign paper work (Service Agreement and Nondisclosure Agreement) with our clients, as well as we have Four-Security Measure like Process security, Network security, Physical security, Employee security to ensure clients’ ownership of all the work and the intellectual property.
