I have done nothing wrong. And please, point to the section where you stated anything about escrow. I was the one that bought it up. And, I put the money in escrow as soon as I got word you were done. 40 minutes later.

How have i attempted to steal copy when I put money in escrow as I said I would. I never once requested copy before escrowing. I said to let me know when you had a draft, so I could post the escrow then you could let me see the draft.

And what have I said that is a lie. The PMB speaks for itself. I wish we could post it for the whole world to see.

You are so pathetic. Your review is riddled with lies and mistatements. You should be ashamed of your complete lack of professionalism. I assure you that this matter is not over. I will make certain that ALL providers know how utterly unprofessional you are. Sadly, there are people like you who steal copy and do not follow through on their professional commitments. My reputation speaks for itself -- as does your own. I am making contact directly with your client and will deal with her in regard to your misconduct and unprofessionalism. You have got to be kidding. This latest post only compounds your prior unprofessionalism. My record here speaks for itself. I NEVER outsource and for you to suggest I do is beyond offensive. I finished this yesterday as I said I would. There is nothing remotely strange about my behavior. I do not tolerate this level of unprofessionalism -- nor do I have to do so. I have already cancelled this project and I have already returned the escrow. I am a professional business person -- you are only confirming that you are not. Do not post anything further. I will not respond nor will I post the drafts here. This project is over.

However, if you would like. You may cancel the project and release escrow. Today is Saturday and if she is willing to wait -- I may be able to compile the documents myself. But, in all honesty, the only other times I have seen a response such as this is when either 1) the work was not completed either do to a heavy workload on the individual that was not anticipated or 2) an outsourcing problem, where the work was then outsourced and the person flaked.

I can not honestly believe that you believe any of my comments were negative.

I will take responsibility for getting the initial project off to a slow start -- as I was waiting on her to provide the information. But once provided, I was still told that you would work on it right away and get something to me in the morning.

I waited for the morning, and you said you were running behind, and I said ok.

I then talked with you, and you stated that you had the draft but needed to edit it, but would get it to me and I said ok.

I then spoke with you and you said it was done, but you forgot to notify me, and I said ok and ran to post escrow right away -- as previously agreed upon.

I then waited again, and nothing.

I then tried to appeal as one business professional as another, with a client in jeopardy...trying to show good faith by posting the entire bid amount without the discount you offered.

I then get a response saying you dont want to work with me.

This is very strange behavior to say the least.

1. I waited DAYS to be provided the information I needed for this project. Indeed, I had to ask for the information a few times over the course of four days.

2. You elected NOT to post the escrow in an appropriate manner.

3. I completed these when I said I would.

The fact that you failed to properly prepare for this project does not become my emergency.

I willl NOT continue this project with you. Your conduct is not acceptable on any level.

Hello Mike,

I escrowed maybe 40 minutes after you left the comment that you would be up a few more hours. It has been aproximatelyy 8 hours since my post and I am still waiting. This was my first business dealing with this young lady and I fear I may have lost her repeat business.

Please send the letters immediately, I promised her throughout yesterday believing it would be done. I waited up for hours, hoping I could still get a draft in her mailbox last night. And now, it is morning -- a day after its original draft delivery time, and she is still waiting.

Hello Mike. I added the money to escrow. I think there may have been some mis-communication, as your bid was $40 for 4 letters, so $10 a piece. In essence, the total is $20 and not $24. And with $2 off each letter, the total would have been $16.

However, I just want to get the project done, so I have deposited the entire agreed upon amount of $20 -- without the additional $2 discount from each letter -- as not to delay the project anymore.

I look forward to getting the letters shortly so I can forward the draft over. I've been waiting up all night trying to keep my word to her :-)

I just logged in to post. I am so sorry I am running so late and far behind today. I had forgotten I was to advise you that I was ready to deliver so that I could get these posted after you have done the escrow. I will be up for a few more hours and will check my email and GAF to see if you are still up and around. I guess per your posts you will post the escrow and then I can deliver the articles. Knock $2 off each letter because I am running behind today. Therefore, the escrow will be $20 rather than $24. Again, I will keep my eyes on GAF tonight.
