iRTP

Designed and developed iRTP in collaboration with Interact Inc. Italy for telecom Industry. iRTP was a software based solution to handle error control and backup management for encoded video. Currently Mobile Video servers have same number of backup encoders as production encoders. E.g. if a company provides 32 video channels, its server have 64 encoder servers in total (32 + 32), 32 servers acting as backup. iRTP reduced 32 backup encoders to 8 backup encoders by automatically identifying inactive channels and intelligently starting backup of inactive channel by using any 1 of 8 backup encoders. iRTP has to deal with all encoders, Matrix and IVS server. It also provide backup system i.e. if iRTP server gets crashed, its backup is already running and up. Thus using iRTP a company having only 32 encoder servers can provide 24 channels to customers (24+8) by using 8 servers as backup.
SunnySpeak

Designed and developed SunnySpeak, a clone of TeamSpeak tool for gamers. Gamers can join any channel and can have voice and text chat with all/individual user. It also provides facility for online and offline recording. It has capability to detect speech (silence detection), so that data to be sent only when a person is speaking and many other related facilities.

Distance Learning

Developed in Asp.net, Distance learning is a complete solution for elearning. It provides facility of registration, online lectures , online question answers, course portal and related functionalities.

3G Internetworking with WLANs (Developed using C# and J2ME. Mobile communicating with servers using Wi-Fi )

This project consists of 3 modules. 1 Mobile client developed in J2ME and can run at any java supported Mobile. a Proxy server and an Authentication/Database server at Wi-Fi.

Mobile client communicates with Proxy server using Wi-Fi, and Proxy server communicates to Authentication/Database server to accomplish request sent by mobile client.


SOFTROUTE

Softroute is an implementation of software based router. Developed in Linux environment using C language. It also includes a packet monitor and firewall.

MUHADITH: Web based Distributed Multilingual Expert System for AHADITH Classification

MUHADITH was an expert system for classification of Ahadith (Sayings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)). It was based upon service oriented architecture and thus resolved some issues of distributed expert systems bys using SOAP and XML. It was a multilingual system currently supporting 3 languages i.e. Arabic, English and Urdu. It can specify a given Hadith in some category among more than 20 categories along with reasoning (expert system).

Image and SWF/Flash , flv Grabber

Requirement for this project was to download all images and flash, .flv files form webpage, whether their link can be found on webpage source or not (many site donot provide any hint for source of .swf or .flv files (e.g youtube etc)). I have to go through all http packets to find source of all .swf and .flv files. Some sites also display image after sending a server request synchronously or asynchronously to server, Ialso have to capture those images. Resulting software is able to detect all flv, swf and image files from link.
Application has a 3-tier Archotectured Sql Database, to store links , and information related to downloaded files etc.

Pdf Grabber

This project was bit more complicated, as requirement was to get all pdf files from website. Most website do not provid eany pdf files source in webpage, rather a request is sent to web server, and request is created upon user's interaction and javascript, and then server returns some pdf file. Again I have to go deeply and managed ways to get all pdf files.
