I am looking for talented freelancers to who are honest, work hard, communicate well, communicate often and who always meet (or beat) their deadlines. I'm inclined to give newer freelancers an opportunity to work and build their ratings.
I am honest and I pay promptly. I won't waste your time and expect the same from the people with which I work. I will escrow all payments and will not, under any circumstances, pay in advance for work.
A few other points:
* If you don't have a portfolio, then don't bid on my projects
* If you have bad feedback, then don't bid on my projects
* If you can't provide daily updates, then don't bid on my projects
