We are a Young BPO with about 100+ people team in Jaipur, India providing customer and tech support to some of our US and Indian clients in the telecom space. We are very flexible in our approach and transparent in terms of working. Please find below some more info about us.

VKALP BPO Services: (www.vkalp.com) We started with a team of about 3 people and began recruitment for Large BPOs in 2002. Since then, we have grown and started a training company and a BPO with 75 seats. Our strength has been our manpower training & hiring capability and our focus on technology.

Training and Recruitment (Since 2002): We train and recruit people for various international Call Centers as well as our own. Our training program covers aspects of English, Soft
Skills, Customer Service Skill sets etc and these programs run for about 1 month long to 6 month long durations. We have trained over 1000 people in the last few years of our existence. We have also been a premium recruitment partner for India's No.1 BPO (GENPACT, Jaipur) since their inception 4 years ago.

Business Support Services (Since 2005): We have a 60 seater support center (100 more seats are being rolled out currently) . Our focus is mostly customer service and tech support. Currently we have a few Inbound and Outbound projects running supporting customers for our US and Indian clients. We are also working with India's Largest telecom company as their Customer Service partners.

With experience in both outbound and Inbound customer service projects we are well placed to meet your requirements.

We have a secured and transparent style of working. We like to be as flexible and customized to suit our clients.
