Vision:
Its simple, I have done or been involved in programming various projects, my own, and now if you want solutions to your problems, I can mostly likely help or show you where to go. Sometimes it is an easy fix (wouldn't charge anything) or sometimes it is a big project, which I can give you a fair price; no project is too big or too small. I may not always know the answer, but know where I can get it. I just went through pain of building a vbulletin site. I have done adult. I have payment system and credit card/merchant account solutions like paypal but for adult and high risk, and have built a couple other sites. my overhead in the Philippines is not high. I am mostly online or very easy to get a hold of (most of these guys on here are not) and that is why I am now offering my services. Maybe I can help you, because I may have a solution or an idea, a technology or whatever you may not have thought about. I did Business Development and took companies public in the late 1990's and early 2000's and invested in a lot of that technology and learned coding due to my investments and making sure me and my investors are protected.
