We are a Web Development company in Iasi, Romania and we are constantly looking for new partners. We have successfully worked with partners from US, Canada, India and Europe.

For the past few years we have been working both on small and large web projects (front-end and back-end), providing the following services:
- project design (top level designs that show what are the project goals and how we are going to achieve them)
- project technical architecture (database design, class design - uml)
- project management (daily meetings, progress tracking & report, emergency plans, budget management)
- PHP development
- graphical design
- template design for various templating systems and CSMs
- interface design (JS/Ajax)
- bug fixing
- Quality Assurance (QA)

This would be list of skills that apply to us, as a team:
- Programming Experience: 3-9 years
- PHP 5+ (OOP, Design Patterns)
- MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
- JS (Prototype, jQuery) + Ajax
- MVC Frameworks
- SVN configuration, branch management, build cut & release
- *nix environment management

- Project Management for teams of 3-10 people for medium and large projects
- Software architecture - planning, low level and top level designs (Visio)

* We can work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
* Time zone is Bucharest, Romania (GMT +2 or EEST).
* The hourly price for a developer is based on the complexity of the project and the skill of the programmer.
