Interacting with Sun Microsystems customers from US and Asia Pacific and providing extensive remote support for Window and Solaris servers from sun managed operations Network Operation Center.
Monitoring the customer servers through Netcool Monitoring tool and Creating Remedy ticket with Remedy ticketing tool. Using Control base knowledge from control point portal to resolve the issues. Documentation for the troubleshooting sequence and resolution provided.
