Our Payment Policy: ESCROW we pay after completion.

First 50% - Half way through development, with proof.
**You must provide access for us to test the completed portion, unless development is conducted direct from our development server.

Other 50% - You must upload to us all the completed bug free application and documentations, with source codes and including encrypted keys.
** You also provide training and support at that time until we are simply comfortable with the new system.

**You must provide access for us first to test the fully completed system if development is located in Provider's system.

Payment will only be by:
ESCROW thru PayPal or Google Checkout,
** Please - No Western Union, No Wire Transfer.
** No direct payment to Provider unless you have a court order.

Please do not offer your Payment requirement. Our Payment Policy is FINAL unless yours is MORE secure and BETTER for BOTH parties.
