My experience covers 20 years in Information technology, regarding all the system/software life-cycle from requirements elicitation to final delivering and maintenance. My experienced roles cover also Pre/Sale, Post/Sales, Team coordination, Project Management, Customer Tech Support, Network Engineering. My background on Software Developer is solid, achieved with many years of real experience, facing Customers’ requirements and making the best to satisfy all they need in terms of efficiency, reliability, and good performance of any released project. Projects managed by myself include medium/ large budget, the most relevant were: • A finishing-mill process control system developed for MMK consortium (see http://www.mmk.ru/eng/index.wbp ), in collaboration with Isosistemi SpA, an Italian engineering Company ( see http://english.isosistemi.it/ ) • The process control system for Milano Centrale Railway Station (see below for details) • The upgrading of the manager application of DSLAM systems produced by Ericsson (former Marconi Italiana). See http://www.researchandmarkets.com/reports/337987 for information) I am Italian mother tongue, my English is very fluent. I have already worked abroad (outside Italy) in London from 2000 to 2003 as 3rd line Tech Support and Network engineer for EMEA Bloomberg Customers (see http://www.researchandmarkets.com/reports/337987 for Company details). During my 20 years of experience I have diverse background in several sectors - private companies, public companies, government, and educational. The last two more relevant working experiences can be summarized as follow: From 2005 to 2006 I managed a system project for Telesistemi Ferroviari SpA ( a branch of the Governmental Italian Railway Company) to upgrade the IT Control System of all the major Railway Stations in Italy, including Milan Centrale . Currently I work in Ericsson Italia as Network Security Consultant to guide former Marconi network products to be compliant with Ericsson group security standards. My educational background includes a degree in Physics, achieved in 1986 with a specialization in Mathematical Physics. I still keep myself in studying, with interests in Epistemology, Philosophy of Science, particularly focused on Mathematical Logics. I am going to achieve my second degree in Philosophy, with a dissertation about Mathematical Models for Contextual Reasoning. At this point of my career I am looking for a job with a high level of responsibility, more focused to Project and Resource Management, including Team coordination, in a well-structured, high-tech environment. My primary goal is to improve my experience towards a management role, including relationship to Customers, Suppliers, and Providers, especially in a multinational environment where I can use my good communication skills and my attitude to solve problems combining different approaches coming from different cultures and people.
