Softskill Technologies is a seven years old Consultancy Services Firm, with its Head Office at Pune (India). It has also ventured into Corporate Training, covering technical skills as well as soft skills.
Softskill Technologies maintains an aggressive development schedule and meets the demand for immediate sourcing and training on new technologies and software products by developing courses for our customers as soon as a technology emerges.

Induction Training Programs
We have successfully executed induction training programs for many of our customers in the IT industry, for their fresh programmer recruits. In some of these cases, we have done the complete planning and design of these training programs.
IT companies typically recruit fresh software professionals from engineering colleges, universities offering computer science courses, as well as other private institutes. These professionals have some formal exposure to common programming languages and other platforms. However, the recruiting companies usually provide additional training to these people before they can be put on to live projects.

Typically the objectives of such induction training programs are:
Enhancing the knowledge of the programmers in the languages they already know.
Training them on other languages and platforms that they do not know.
Providing them an overview of some of the important technologies, analysis and design methodologies, testing methodologies, etc.

Mainframe Connectivity
All Standard IBM Mainframe Products are available for Remote Mainframe Connectivity. Currently the Software is OS/390 2.7, CICS TS 1.2, DB2 V5 & IMS V5.0 along with COBOL, PL/1, ASSEMLBER, AS/400,SYNON C/370, C++, JAVA Compilers are available.
Connectivity
Remote access to the Mainframe can be accomplished via any existing Internet Media including Dial Up/ ISDN/ Leased Line etc.
