06/2004 - 05/2006 Makri Inc IT / Team Lead
I was hired at Makri as an IT. My responsibilities included administration and maintenance of an office network of approximately 10 computers and 1 server. When I left, the office had grown to need more than 70 computers and 3 servers. I was in charge of the telecom network consisting of more than 80 phone lines and 3 automatic dialing systems. At this time I had 3 IT Assistants that were under my leadership. Many times I was required to perform as a graphic designer, web developer, and database developer. I also gained some experience in the programming of credit card terminals and all other aspects of that industry.
08/2002 06/2004 The Satellite Store Inventory Manager / IT / Independent Contributor
At the Satellite Store I was hired as a Satellite Dish Installer and was brought into the office after four months of installing. I helped establish the Inventory Department and managed it from then on. I was also in change of maintaining the office network which included a complex computer/telecom marketing system. I often provided technical support for the customers who called the office telephone number instead of the Technical Support provider.

During my time at Talk America I started as a Customer Service Agent and was promoted to Collections Agent shortly after. After approximately 1 year I was again promoted to Collections Supervisor.
