I am a retired professor from a reputed University in South India. My area of specialization is Finance & Accounting. I also worked as online instructor for KIT eLearning in the MBA Program of a The University of Liverpool. I handled some subjects in Business Finance area. I am also experienced in doing and guiding Research works. Four people took their Ph. D. Degrees under my guidance. My Language skill also is good. So I feel I may be good candidate for the position you are looking for.

On my retirement, I started the firm, Ejyothi services, to provide back office support to other firms. We provide vied range of services such as Finance & Accounting, Human Resource Management, Marketing assistance, Network and System Administration and some Development work in Linux. In addition, my clients may occasionally ask us to do some research on topics of their interest and we provide them also. I have 16 other people working with me.

We have three US clients now and our major client is Ascella Technologies, to whom we provide all the services. In fact, we work as their off shore office. We are provided with an extension of their telephone. However, we are not restrained from taking up any other assignment and using the facility they provided. We are working for them since 2005.

Elevated Third, another firm to which we provide the service, is a web designing firm from Colorado. We mainly do their accounting work using Quickbooks and preparing invoices using Freshbooks. Occasionally we are asked to do some research work also.

DLS, the third firm to which we provide remote net work and system administration service, is actually a client of Ascella. We are doing the work on a fixed charge which Ascella will collect and pass it to us.

In my office, the technical side is handled by some of my colleagues who are experts in the area. My involvement is mainly on other areas.
