Architecture Supervisor and Team leader assistant about a team of 2 functional analysts and 3 J2EE developers.

Me and my team developed a J2EE framework to manage the core business of the Company: policies, quotation activities, and so on, all with DB2 as back-end system.

Now, I'm leading 2 teams. My old team for system maintenance and bug fixing, and a new team [3 J2EE developers] for projects coming from new requirements.
