Our Contracting Terms and Billing/Payment Policy

* Contracting Terms:
^ Average project delivery time is 30 business days.

^ Clients must be available for consistent communication while their project
is active. Preferred method of contact is live chat on internet messenger
Yahoo, MSN, Skype, or by phone if needed.

^ We always assign a minimum of 2 programmers to work on a project to provide
assurance to our clients that their project will be completed as agreed.

^ All projects/applications are tested and debugged before delivery.

^ We provide a server side URL link to client for testing their applications.

^ Client agrees to post feedback comments on the GAF bulletin board.

^ We provide 30 days of free technical support from the date of project
delivery.

* Payment Terms:
^ All payments must be paid into escrow, we accept no direct payments.

^ For projects under $500, no escrow deposit is required.

^ For projects over $500, a 20% escrow deposit is required (20% of the GAF
final bid amount). The project will not be started until the escrow deposit
has been placed into the GAF escrow account.

^ At the completion of project, the total balance due must be placed into the
GAF escrow account before the project programs/files/source code are
uploaded to client's server, or otherwise given to client on disk or flash
drive.

^Client agrees to release escrow payments after programs are received.
