Following are some jobs which I have performed in my service tenure: a) Recruitment of Senior Staff, Engineering Staff & Skilled Workers for Overseas Projects. b) Responsible for evaluation of existing employees of the company with respect to performance, promotion, increment and special bonus. c) Hiring/negotiation of Various Sub-Contractors for in-land Construction Projects. d) Responsible for Office Building Maintenance in all respect, like Civil, Plumbing, Electrical & Painting. e) In-charge of Fleet of Vehicles for Operation, Maintenance, Allocation for Material Transport & Insurance Problems. f) Preparation of PQ documents and Persuasion of company Pre-Qualification in various departments. g) Coordination among Head Office, Regional Offices and Projects with respect to Finance, Budget, logistics, manpower requirements & their controls. h) Procurement/negotiation of Equipment, Machinery, Land, Buildings & Construction Material (Steel, Cement, Crush, Marble, Wood, Construction Chemicals, Sanitary items, Electrical Goods, & Plumbing Material) for the Projects from National and International Market. i) Act as Quality Assurance Manager in ISO-9002 regarding its registration & implementation. j) Preparation of List of Company’s Assets, Vehicles, Library Books and Brochures. k) Done my duties in a four star Luxurious Hotel and Manage Administration Section, Procurement (Local & Imported equipment) Section, Computer Section, HR Section & Maintenance Section. l) Prepared Service Rules, Pay Scales (Policies) for the Welfare of Staff and Rules for Store Operation for the Construction Company and Hotel.
