Yes, the other stuff on this profile is a joke. :) That said, I do take my writing and projects awarded to me very seriously, and consider it an honor.

I have recently made the transition from writing part time in my spare time, to writing full time as a career. I hold several permanent writing positions with online companies which fills most of my time, and limits the amount of random freelance projects I take on, but I still find it enjoyable to search through the list every now and then and see if anything piques my interest. As my permanent positions all deal with subject matter I'm very familiar with, it's fun to occasionally find that random project writing about a field I'm unfamiliar with that challenges my creativity and expands my horizons.

I think my work will speak for itself when given an opportunity, and I do mean MY work. I'm not part of a team, nor do I outsource work to cheaper providers as so many providers on here are wont to do.
