Current Project: ITI
ITI is a web based project management tool, which will be used to share project related informations like project data, document, test results, adding events, tasks, resources, starting a forum, sending messages and mails.

Duration: 10 months.

Responsibilities:
• Designing of whole application including database design and wire frames.

Professional projects at eRevMax:

Project: DESTRANET ( Vendor Interface)

It is a Vendor interface, which is used by Desiya vendor (like hotel, flight, and car) to update its inventory or add a new inventory.

Duration: 6 months

• Designed and developed this module using technology like Java, J2ee, EJB, SQL, JDBC, and Struts.
• Validation of registered user.
• After validation vendor can update the inventory or enter new inventory.
• SQL query for updating the inventory.
• SQL query for adding the new inventory.
Project: Desiya search module(Hotel, Car, Flight)

This was our actual product at the Consumer end. It includes the searching of the database for availability of hotel rooms, flight tickets, and car based on the users requirement. It has been implemented in Desiya.com, Desiya.co.uk, Desiya.co.in.

Duration: 14 months.

• Design and Development of search module using technology like Java, J2ee (EJB), SQL, JDBC, and Struts.
• Making query from different tables using SQL join statement.
• Wrote business logic related to database search in the EJB’s Session bean.
• Catching the IP Address of the consumer and redirecting him to the relevant site.
• Includes implementation of Connection Pooling Mechanism for database connection.
• This includes Designing, implementing and testing of JSPs, Action, Model classes.

Project: ITP (India Travel Pages)

ITP is a complete India specific travel directory where user can get all the information(s) related to travel and tourism in India. The search in this directory is based on Google search.

Duration: 2 months.

• Design and Development of this module using technology like Java, J2ee (Servlet, JSP), SQL, JDBC, and Lucene.
• Generate the XML file from database.
• Parsed the XML file and generate index using lucene API.
• Query the index using Lucene API.
• Put the query result in a Java bean and retrieve it in the JSP to show the user.
