Vision:
There are many available software engineers from India, Pakistan, and Vietnam.
These engineers are GREAT a programming and creating operational systems.
At the same time there are many opportunities that exist in the west; US and Europe.
However these engineers lack the ability to communicate directly with the end user and understand business requirements. While the end user lacks the ability to communicate directly with the engineer to understand technological issues.
Our company wishes to serve as a communication channel (project management org) between these two entities. Service Provider and Service Buyer.
