Maintenance and Support: Assist or participate in the delivery and testing of the system in the production environment (on-site) or provide offshore support to on-site teams. Warranty: And ensure that bugs located after delivery throughout the life of the program are fixed at the earliest. Managing and developing subordinates and monitoring operational performance of the team.
