Job Assignments: Bid preparation & evaluation, installation supervision, testing commissioning & subsequently Operation & Maintenance of HBJ pipeline telecommunication & SCADA system involving: • 2000 Km Long UHF Digital Radio Relay system along HBJ gas Pipeline starting from Hazira to Delhi. • Three Satellite Digital SCPC earth stations for communication between master stations of SCADA System • 17 Electronic exchange in networked environment • Trunked mobile radio system providing communication all along 2000 Km HBJ pipeline involving 55 base stations. • SCADA system for 2000 Km long HBJ pipeline Responsible for Planning , System design, preparation of specifications, integration with existing system & tender evaluation of following projects: • 505 Km long 34 MBPS fiber optic network for Gas pipeline monitoring & control (SCADA) .involving 13 repeaters & trunked VHF mobile communication system • Plant communication systems for Petrochemical plant & three LPG plants involving EPAX network linked to radio paging ,alarm paging & announcement system worth US $ 1.5 Million. • STM-1 Fiber Optic System for 35 Km Desu - Maruti pipeline monitoring & control involving 13 repeaters & NMS worth US $ 2 Million. • TDMA & UHF radio system for Gas Despatch monitoring & control in Bombay region involving two 30 Ch TDMA systems & 2 MBPS digital radio link worth US $1 million. • 60 Channel TDMA system for pipeline monitoring & control in Delhi region involving two repeaters & 22 outstations worth US $ 2 Million. • UHF radio relay System for Gandhar - Jhagadia & Borreri - Gadepan gas pipeline worth US $ 0.5 Million. • 2/15 MARR system for Gujrat region pipelines involving three base station. • 10 channel digital radio system for thin route application for Gadepan- Samcore , Jhagadia - Jhenor , Jahbua compressor - Jhabua link. • V-SAT & VHF mobile network for Project monitoring of 500 Km Dadri - Vijaipur pipeline project worth US $ 0.4 Million. • E-Mail network including LAN, Wan, V-SAT network, Packet Switched Network, connecting more than 25 locations across the country with more than 200 nodes worth US $ 0.5 Million. 1977- 1985 Oil & Natural Gas Commission Joined as Gaduate Trainee & absorbed as Asst. Exec. Engineer in TITAN (Telemetry, instrumentation & telecontrol in an automated network) Project of ONGC for remote monitoring & control of Oil Well platforms of Bombay high oil field. Subsequently promoted to the post of Executive Engineer (Electronics). Job Assignments: To provide SCADA system & voice communication between the various oil platforms for remote monitoring & control for Bombay high oil field involving Installation , testing , commissioning of : • Std B Digital SCPC Satellite Earth Stations at Bombay High Oil Well platform for Offshore to land voice & data communication . • 1.8 GHz Digital radio relay link . • 400 MHz & 900 MHz radio links for SCADA system.
