My name is Sónia Simões and I am 32 years old. I was born in Germany as a portuguese. I grew up in Germany and now I am living for 4 years in Portugal, in the land of my roots.
# I visited german and portuguese school in Germany and absolved the school-final.
# I went to college in Germany and studied social pedagogics
# During the studies I had several jobs to finance myself: I worked in a kindergarden for children with disabilities, in a children´s home, in a children´s village and in a asylum home.
# In Portugal I worked as an educational assistant to help children with school failure and in a kindergarden. I gave private lessons in foreign languages, english, french, spanish and german and in music (flute).
# In all these jobs, in Germany and in Portugal, I alwlays utilize my knowledge of languages and I am still giving instructions in languages special german,portuguese, spanish,english and french.
# Since 2004 I work as a freelancer translator and I translate letters, websites, contracts, manuals, films, etc.
