Description:
The name WI-VSS stands for Web Interface to Visual Source Safe. This project was a part of main project called Tally Change Management (TCM). This TCM helps the leaders to assign the tasks and track the progress status. It also shows the files being used to complete the assigned task. This WI-VSS provides an interface to VSS ( Visual Source Safe ) using which the user can track the files and get to know the status of file, whether the file is checked out or checked in by whom, the date, the machine IP Address and many more details. In other words this is the exact replica of Microsoft’s Visual source Safe. The users need not to install the client version of VSS. He can perform all the operation on the net from anywhere.
This solution is to achieve the cross-platform problem using web services. Because the VSS runs on windows and output was required on Web application written using PHP on Linux.

Project Description:
Business Support Systems are a combination of software, systems infrastructure and processes, which enable the business to run ensuring high efficiency, accuracy and reliability. In other words these are systems, which enable the sales process, customer-support, hr, TCM where user performance can be tracked, etc. The list can be long and depends on the nature of business and its size. The above mentioned business functions can be divided into a number of projects and modules like procurement, order-management, delivery management, subscription management, contact-management, operation management, license management, channel- management, pre-sales and post-sales CRM, knowledge-base, security-control, bug management etc.
Tally BSS is the system developed in-house for Tally solutions to perform the above functions. The system is largely a web-based online system based on LAMP – Linux, Apache, MYSQL and PHP and is accessed by the employees, customers, channels and the management for various needs and functions from across the globe.

Description:
This project has been developed for automating inventory, sales order processing and enquiry generation. When the company receives the enquiry letter against the items from the customers, the company prepares the quotation against the enquiry letter. If the quotation is approved, the company receives purchase order for the items. This purchase order may be partly or for fully. Then the company prepares invoice and dispatch it along with orderd items. When the company finds the shortage of items it gets the items from the suppliers for which they prepare purchase order to suppliers. Once they receive items along with invoice from supplier this project updates the stock. This project also shows the amount received from the customer, due from customers and amounts payble to suppliers and due to suppliers. This project also generates telephony enquiries.

PPIAS is the total Solution for Production Planning, Inventory and Accounting System. This package is basically developed to know the Production Planning state and the Inventory of different categories like Raw Material/Semi finished Goods and Finished Goods at any given point of time. This Package also includes the information about Purchase/Purchase Return, Item Issue/Return for manufacture, Sales and Accounting Systems after the sales.
