We adhere to the following principles:

1. We are using GAF to find providers of services (i.e web designers, programmers, print designers etc) for projects that we undertake, both for ourselves and our clients. We are new to GAF and hence providers may be sceptical (please see our guarantees).
2. We understand web programming, however expertise lies in project coordinating and management. We are very particular in what we request.
3. Lines of communication are always open and we encourage daily communications between us and our service providers.
4. We are demanding, however, when posting projects we will try and give us much detail.

What we are looking for:

We are looking to work with individuals skilled in various areas of web and design. This will include programmers (all languages and database elements), design individuals (web and print work). We have an abundance of work (both internal and external). We would like to harbour those learning their trade (however, for complicated projects we request that you are at an advanced stage). We do request that you are full time in your line of work, however, if you are working part time, please indicate as such. Good grasp of English is essential. A professional busines atitutude and the ability to manage our expectations are a prerequisite!

The overall aim is develop a network of trusted service providers and consistently offer them work on a regular and ongoing basis.

Honesty is fundamental

Our Guarantees:

1. We agree fees in advance and readily deposit into GAF Escrow to show our commitment.
2. We will review work done for us within set timescales and provide feedback and comments.
3. We will seriously take note of comments provided by our service providers (after all you as a provider to us is the expert).
4. Our intentions, requirements and opinion will be communiacted clearly.
5. If we feel you are not performing, we will offer the chance to remedy the situation. However, we will not hesitate to cancel the agreement for work.
6. Bonuses - we will pay bonuses on outstanding work. The simple reason being that we receive bonuses for delivered work. Bonus payments are discretionery, but we will advise you accordingly.

What you should do when bidding for a project:

1. Understand the nature of the project, ask any questions to be absolutely certain, request URL's of any websites we have seen or are referring to. There is no limit to the questions you can ask- pre bid, post bid and post project award.
2. Indicate whether you are part-time/full time and whether you can work during UK hours 9am - 6.30 pm.
3. Bid a value that you feel is required to complete the project. Remember, we know the value of work and bids which are too low will be carefully scrutinised. We want you to enjoy working with us and not feel that you are not getting value for your work.
4. Indicate a timeframe. In the PM, you should note when you can start, and when you will have developments for us to review.
5. Undertsand that we do not believe in penalties for delays - we will simply cancel your services.
