I am a freelance writer with experience in the health and fitness field as a strength and conditioning specialist and a personal trainer. I have also had sales and marketing experience as a sales and marketing director for a health and fitness supplement and clothing distributor. My work as a physical education teacher has afforded me a knowledge of the educational system and my work as a volunteer firefighter and EMT has shown me many aspects of the emergency services field.
I have published one fictional novel and poetry in several magazines and anthologies. I have written a monthly poetry for a local magazine and freelance articles on health and fitness, strength training, and the art of writing. I teach an adult education class on poetry writing as well.
I currently do resume and grant writing to supplement my income.
