Vision:
We are looking for a good PHP programmer to help us on a larger project to overhaul an existing subscription-based telecom services website. The site is built in PHP, and the winning bidder will code in PHP. We would like to start with a small section of the overhaul website as an initial project. The first section of code that we would like done is a PayPal subscription interface. Requirements for this project are: 1. Members will be able to sign up for a subscription from the public web site, we will allow paypal to create the members username and password. It then will send that information to us, and we will create an account for the member. 2. From the backend admin section we should be able to cancel a subscription. 3. From the member's login, the member should be able to cancel their subscription. 4. The member needs to be able to add and remove things from the subscriptions (alter their subscription). 5. The admin should also be able to alter their subscription, and then have the member accept the changes before they take effect. 6. There should be both a file log, and a entry added to MySQL table, so the member can see their payment history. 7. If the member cancels their subscription via their paypal account, it should also cancel their subscription with us.
