I have started the job personally several years ago at GAF.
Now I have built a large team with expert members in different sections.
All of my freelancer’s are students and few are full time home based workers.
We NEVER made any SUB-CONTRACOR or these types of activities here.

We have our own private windows server (built on windows 2003) with 100 GB of storage spaces and 1000 GB data transfer capacity.
Also 24x7x365 power backup.

Several VPS (Virtual private server) on Linux platform.
Using for Linux based projects and hosting purposes.

We use ATT-YAHOO DSL (USA’s largest internet service provider) line directly from USA with remote access.
Each line carries 3Mb to 6Mb download speed. Using 8 lines at this moment.

Currently we have more then 50 PCs with 150 dedicated workers for captcha entry projects.
We can hanlde large amount of captcha pre day like 300k with our current efforts.
Our workers working in 3 different shift 24/7 time frames.
