Though I'm new to GAF, I am not new to writing as I have written content for sites like egoldfx.com, xhtmlteam.com and also proofread a couple of ebooks and books like HOW TO CHEAT AND NOT GET CAUGHT(written by mary sylvince). Before becoming a freelancer, I worked as an editor in chief at a local publishing company and also served as a writer for a couple of magazines. One of my articles was once published in the PC magazine January 2005 edition. It was an article on Future expectations of Computer Systems. In my own view, I would say anyone I get to work with really gets to appreciate my work as I always try to put all my energy and creativity into any projects I handle. Are you asking why? The answer's really simple in that having good search engine optimization or SEO on a site lets a lot of people know you offer the services you do offer from the results of search engines. Take for example; you want to buy a female bracelet, all you have to do is get on one of the search engines and type in a particular keyword best describing what you are looking for and your next line of action would be choosing which of the many sites you would like to visit first which most times would be one of the sites on the first page of the list and not the 100th site to appear. From the explanation above, it has been seen that having good keywords best describing your sites services in the best possible way is very profitable. First of all, if you are a constant user of search engines, you would have noticed that most people entering text to be searched always enter them as short phrases, this makes it more likely that the guy looking to buy a gold watch would enter something like “gold watches” rather that a longer “cheap and durable gold watches being delivered to Kansas”. You see, the problem isn't that entering the longer text would not bring up any sites to choose from, the problem is the number of sites that would be brought up would be most likely not as relevant as when a short phrase is searched. The same way a potential customer wouldn’t enter longer text when searching, is the same way sites offering goods and services for sale shouldn’t have too long keywords. In selecting good keywords to increase search engine optimization a number of factors have to be looked at. The first factor I would love to mention is the one I have come to nick-name the POPULARITY FACTOR. The popularity factor is all about how popular your keyword is. It’s common sense that the more popular your keyword is the more likely its going to be entered into a search engine. So it’s always advisable for your SEO keyword to consist of common words. My second factor is the "know your customer factor". You really have to look out and answer these questions. Are the services you offer directed towards a particular people or a class in the society? If so, you want might want to be looking at using words more popular among this class of people. Words like ……………………………………….
