I am a BE in IT with 5 years experience in the Documentation and Instructional Design Profession within the Engineering and Technology Sector. I am currently working as a consultant for Ambika Impex. In addition, I am also an independent trader in equities, F&O, and commodities.


I am a certified technical and fundamental analyst. As part of my technical and fundamental analysis certification, I underwent basic, advanced as well as intensive training in technical and fundamental analysis by well known chartist and analyst Ravi Bhokse (frequent expert at NDTV Profit) at the Share Market Made Easy Institute. I am comfortable working on various trading, charting and technical analysis softwares, such as Market View, Metastock, Iris, and Falcon software, to trade at Nifty, Sensex, MCX, NCDEX, Futures, Derivatives, and commodities, both for intraday and delivery-based, or short-term, medium-term and long-term trading. I can provide intra-day calls on stocks using appropriate profit booking & stop loss levels, longer dated positional calls, BTST calls. I can also help the team with daily trading updates, ideas, and views for PMS. 1. Reviewing code and database structure of our two existing sites. Reviewing existing TRAC ticket management system and SVN version control, and organizing existing tickets for these two sites into milestones and groups.
2. Creating multiple bid requests using instructions and deliverables with a strict deadline. Crafting the bid request be clear on expectations.

3. Posting these multiple bid requests on Web portals for multiple developers to complete the existing tickets organized. Selecting the developers/designers based on their price, experience, their portfolio and most importantly their reviews. Facilitating FTP access, Database access, TRAC and SVN access. Preparing excel spreadsheets in terms of Task, Platform (elance, rentacoder), Coder Username, # of Reviews, Coder IM, Coder Email, Coder Website, above usernames and passwords.
4. Assigning to them to tickets they will complete and make sure they utilize proper TRAC / SVN protocol. Making sure they are commenting their tickets, their SVN commits with the corresponding ticket # and changes AND their code.
5. Managing daily tasks and set ticket goals for completion. Q/A-ing work before it goes live. If a problem occurs, rolling back SVN changes to previous working version. If a developer does not complete the work promptly and is creating problems in the code or failing to follow instruction, then blocking all access to our servers, paying them their severance and replacing them. Prioritizing tickets and being flexible enough to assign that ticket to the appropriate coder and holding him accountable for completing it.
6. Developing a detailed spec for each project, from an outline project proposal including key elements of each project, functionality, navigational structure and wireframe layouts. Once the functional spec has been completed, creating a milestone in TRAC / SVN, breaking down each task into a ticket, and grouping those tickets into components appropriately.
