----------------------- Agreement between us and providers ------------------- By bidding on our projects and/or winning the bid you agree to have read and adhere to the following: --------------------- What we expect from service providers ------------------ (1) Clear and direct communication (2) Availability by messenger during the project (3) Completion of the project within the agreed-upon timeframe. Delays in completion, unless mutually agreed upon, will warrant us to lower the payment accordingly to the delay in respect to the full duration. (f.i. 10 days project. 1 day delay: -10%). We may give a 1 day grace period when agreed upon in advance and if there are good reasons. In other words: the reason that you are working on 3 other projects and as a result our project is delayed, is not a good reason). ----------------------- What providers can expect from us -------------------- (1) Prompt escrow and payment of money. (2) Money will be released 2 days after the project is completed and the project works well. (For smaller projects that can be tested immediately, the money will be released immediately upon testing). (3) An accurate report of the experience of working with you as a provider. - If you are not serious about timelines or responsibilities, do not bid. + We welcome all responsable professionals who enjoy their work and have no problem meeting timelines.
