In the ODC services model, Sierra SoftTech provides its premises, Infrastructure, and a dedicated Development Team. Sierra SoftTech also takes care of HR and recruitment, management, Legal issues, training, taxation, Salaries, Overtime, Bonuses, etc.

Sierra SoftTech charges the client a per developer / per month fixed charge, which is 30% to 50% lower than the cost of setting up and managing a Development Centre in their own country.

The dedicated team works exclusively for the client. Privacy and secrecy regarding the client’s work and material is guaranteed. The client gets the benefits of an experienced team at lower cost without the hassles of setting up an office, HR and recruitment, legal issues etc.
