Development Methodology

We believe that we are not made for software engineering but Software Engineering is made for us. And we make full use of it to deliver at our best. Our first focus is to make realistic analysis of the requirements and needs of client to assist them in best possible way.

We follow a custom variation of eXtreme Programming (XP) software methodology but not restricted to it. Extreme Programming operates on iterative development model. By delivering the project in iterations, we include the client in the development cycles and get the client’s feedback in the project at appropriate time. This also increases the client confidence and makes it easy to take decisions earlier that are beneficial for client’s business and operations. And also make it easy for technical and non-technical client’s personals to gradually take control of the software solution, and understand it before actually using it.
