I do not provide free mockups/specs. This requires me or any designer to invest time and money in a project we have no guarantee of getting paid for. Think of it like this. Call a plumber to install a new sink. He gets there and you say, tell you what, you install this sink, we'll take a look, hang onto it for a while and if we don't like it take it out.
You are also shortchanging yourself. You dont want cookie cutter designs, but when you want free mockups/specs thats exactly what you get.
