We are a working as a international team: part from Norway - Europe (design team) and another part in Brazil - South America (development team). About, team communication at one project, it´s not a problem to us, the team uses Yahoo IM Voice and SKYPE Daily.

We have 17 years of experience at IT area. During that period we had done several projects at C++, .NET, PHP, using always strong software methodologies using OO and UML, databases Oracle, MySQL and SQL Server. Some of companies that we had done previous projects:

• MS Project and SharePoint Portal installation and configuration;
• Implement analysis/development models to softwares using OO and UML/RUP;
• Implement procedures to correct use of companies PMO area;
• Project Management using PMBOK methodology; i.e. some of companies that I had worked, today is CMMI level 5 – Stefanini IT Solutions and Politec;

• Development of system to use biometric and smart cards using C++ e C#;

• Development of commnunication system to senates at Brazilian Federal Senate using Workflow, Enterprise Content Management, Imaging and Oracle 8i;
• Development of image processing framework at web, using the software Media Gallery (www.aurigma.com) and VB.NET;
• Design and develop in Flash and PHP of www.conference4all.com using webcams;
• Design and develop in PHP of www.bedriftsystem.no site, available at Bergen, Norway.
