Ø A book on “Jurisdiction,” which provides comprehensive study related to day to day
problems arising in institution of suits, filling different papers and documents before
the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative authorities in view of prevailing laws
of our country.

Ø Edited, compiled and published a book “Compendium of The Articles and Write Up” written by Late Advocate Mr. Sardar Man Mohan Singh Sethi. These articles and write ups consisting landmark judgments and legal interpretations- are based on his practical knowledge. The book enlightens the legal fraternity.

Ø Assisted Late Advocate Mr. J.L .Batra, in bringing out his book “Remedies under Sales Tax Law”(Sustained by Delhi Sales Tax Act). A book on the subject of ‘appeal’ and other remedies for the trouble arising in post- and pre-assessment due to procedural lapses in view of the Delhi Sales Tax Act,1975.

I have completed My Commerce Graduation as well as Law Graduation from the Aligarh Muslim University in the Year 1984 and join Bar without loosing time. After completion my training with the senior Lawyer Mr. B.B.Ahuja, Advocate I have Joined as law Officer with M/S Aman Shilpi Agencies Pvt. Ltd. In the year 1987.

After passing app. Six years, I have started freelance consultancy on retainer ship basis to the same company because I want to join active practice in the Bar.

I have started law practice at Delhi High Court in the year in 1993. During earlier period of my profession, I have served as Tax (Direct and Indirect Tax) planner cum advisor, corporate and commercial, banking, business laws and Labour Laws.

At present, I have diversify towards the Real Estate’s legal consultancy and work its execution of which include documentation, preparation of agreements, joint venture, different type deeds required in property dealing ( which require in day to day property business) search reports its analysis and other related affairs.

Further, I have received diversified clients, who sought diversified consultancy and execution of their work relating to their business environments on assignment basis. In this manner I have attain big experience related to legal as well as human resource field.
