Tools: Macromedia Dream Weaver MX, MySQL Server 5.0 Project Description: Planning and Provisioning Automated tool is an Intranet Software to be used by STPI-Noida staff to keep check on Business Development Progress for IP, IPLC, VSAT or Incubation. Here Business Development Group puts all the communication which takes places between Customers and them. And all officers can see the whole history of all the old and new companies which get registered in STPI and out of them how much has been converted in our potential customer along with their connectivity and tariff proposed to them. Role & Contribution: • Coordinated with BDG and planning and provisioning staff for information gathering and requirement analysis and lead the team for developing tool. • Handled queries and feedback from the STPI internal staff. • Designed and made a prototype showing general functionality of the desired tool. • Build the IP module pages, which are used for entering the tariff as well as report generation of IP. • Provided Training to BDG and planning and provisioning staff for using this web based tool, fully functional up and running. Project#2 TradeNet Portal Client: STPI, Noida (In house). Team Size: 4 members. Language: ASP, Java Script. Web Technologies: HTML . Operating system: Windows 2000 Server. Server: IIS Version 5.1. Tools: Macromedia Dream Weaver MX, SQL Server 2000. Project Description: The Trade Net portal will be an Internet-based information system that would provide comprehensive information and a variety of services to a certain group of Internet users. The Trade Net portal would target to satisfy the main information needs of SME and to guide them through the Internet. Role & Contribution: • Coordinated with the BDG of STPI Noida for information gathering and mapping the requirements of the industry people into the portal and handled a team of four summer interns for development of the prototype. • Designed and made a TradeNet Portal showing general functionality of the desired tool. • Build the Registration, Project Posting and Bidding module pages. • Prototype has been well received by the industry. Present Status: • Presently this portal is developed by Trisoft systems in ASP.NET and SQL Server 2000. • Working in sync with the Development team from Trisoft systems, coordinating with the Development team for requirement and information gathering. • Beta version of the site is currently up for feedback. Internship: Training in Software Technology Parks of India, Noida from 10-Jan-2005 to 16-June-2005. It was a live Project on TradeNet Portal during Training Period. Front End –ASP, Java Script Back End –SQL Server 2000
