Due to non-paying buyers I do require a deposit on every site I build before I start on the site.

All Sites are built on my server which the client has access to during the development process, the client is able to see and test the site.

I do require all buyers to provide a detailed list of what they want done. All buyers agree any additions you ask for after you select me for a job will be charged for but will only be done after the original job your hired me to do is finished and paid for in full. After which we can discuss your additions and the cost of those additions.
