Should you choose to avail of our services, expect to receive complete and quality output based on your specifications and requirements delivered on or before the agreed upon deadline. Our process is performed by experienced and competent personnel making use of available commercial and proprietary software to deliver the desired output.

I have had experience in a US-based multi-national BPO offering similar services to mostly US-based clients in a managerial capacity. I am familiar with and fully appreciate the need to understand and adhere to the client’s project specifications, ensure that the output complies with specified accuracy and other quality requirements, and delivering the output on the required deadline or adhering to the TAT (turn-around-time) schedule. I have regularly dealt and consulted with expatriates, foreign clients and co-workers either personally or through our regular teleconferences. Most large projects that I had handled required as many as 150 heads working on three shifts.

Our rates shall be based on the difficulty of the job based on your specifications, the volume of work, the process to be implemented, and the time delivery requirements. We prefer to receive a sample file that we assess and partially process for your perusal and approval. Provide us with your offered rate and we could accept or negotiate as needed. Rest assured that are rates shall remain affordable and competitive. We initially target small or one-time projects from our clients and would like to build a long-term business relationship by minimizing our rates.
